EXCELLENTvérifié We are frequent AirBnB users and this flat ranks among the best. The hosts are experienced, helpful and very responsive. We were greeted at the beginning and the end of of the stay and everything available in the flat was in perfect condition and immaculately clean. The location is a dream. Walkable to everything and steps away from Metro, bus and taxi. We loved every minute of being in this space, so much so that we stayed in one evening with "take away" food selections from the nearby Bon Marche. (Our feet needed a break too!)The flat is bigger than it looks in the photos. It's stylish, chic and comfy. The balcony is a bonus space with roses in bloom in October! For a week at least we felt like we really lived in the city and sampled what life is like there. We have been to Paris many times and this was among the best of our visits; comfortable, easy and a pleasure from start to finish. Tres bon! The outdoor space runs the entire length of the apartment and perfect for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Communication with the owner was easy and we will definitely stay here again.vérifié This apartment is by far the best I have rented in Paris. (My 6th Paris rental.) The location, apartment size and amenities are all excellent, but what makes this place stand out is the balcony. Floor to ceiling windows in all 4 rooms facing the street make this apartment truly stand out. It is absolutely worth the price. The building is very quiet despite its proximity to Blvd Raspail. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to some day return!vérifié This home is remarkably quiet and peaceful for being in such a central and well stocked neighborhood. The produce market, deli, bakery, and cheese shop downstairs are worthy of poetry. There is an adorable park next door. The balcony smells of jasmine in the spring. And yet Boulevard Saint Germain, La Grande Epicerie, and Jacques Genin are less than 5 minute-walks away. Be aware that although the home has amenities for children, I recommend it for adults only. Oh, and the Guardienne (porter) downstairs is so kind and helpful it felt like there was a proactive concierge on top of all that.vérifié What an incredible apartment in the perfect neighborhood! It's located in my favorite neighborhood in Paris, on a small and quiet residential street, yet close to everything. It was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and then check-in and out was very easy. We stayed here for Christmas 2023 with our almost two year old daughter and it was the perfect spot to use both for walkability to other spots and for cooking/staying in when we wanted. The hosts left us a thoughtful Christmas card and gift and were very communicative. The location is amazing and it's an enormous apartment by Paris standards! A lovely place to spend the week.
